Keep up
http://www.turlockjournal.com/section/14/article/35572/ Raking and blowing leaves into storm drains and piling them up just to sit has not been doing any good for the streets or leaves. Letting them remain stagnant in the gutters may lead to the flooding of streets, although we have not had much rain, an increase in pollution with garbage hidden in the leaves, and less parking. Pick up your leaves, people!
Really, this isn't too difficult. I know so many of my neighbors who leave their leaves piled up in the gutters. I will pick them up if they pay me, even if they don't it's not a heinous task and it only takes but a few minutes, trust me, I do it multiple times each week. The hassle is minimal compared to the possible citations or even fines that may follow.
